I hope you are all keeping well both physically and mentally in these unprecedented times. Personally, I find it very strange to head out to my part-time teaching role as if everything is as it always has been and then come home and not be able to leave the house. I believe it is very important when isolating to look after your mental health. Stay connected with people and definitely sing out if you are struggling. We need to be there for each other to see this through.
I am so excited that many of you have fallen in love with BlueSky Fibers Organic Cotton (Worsted). It has been hard to keep up with demand. It is the Ideal organic fibre for our Australian climate and so very beautiful on the skin. Although the mill in Peru is currently closed I have been fortunate enough to get in some extra stock and brand new patterns too. All should be here within the next two weeks. Stay tuned ...
We have other new yummy yarns and patterns heading our way so at least whilst we are isolating we can be crafting away guilt free. I've been swapping between gardening and crocheting at the moment and I am really enjoying both. I've also squeezed in some further study - never a dull moment.
I am humbled by the number of lovely customers that I have had the pleasure of dealing with in my first 12 months of business. Hearing from you and seeing what you are making is really the very best part of my role. Email me at any time to share your photos as they inspire me and those just new to the craft.
Thank you so very much for supporting me and staying in touch. You are helping a tiny but dedicated business in the small town of Mudgee NSW and I am eternally grateful.
